Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support and optimize our warehouse and shipping operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, leveraging data to drive efficiency, and collaborating with logistics partners, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations across warehouse and shipping activities
- Create and manage SAP outbound deliveries for 3PL partners on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and WMS systems
- Oversee daily dispatching of spare parts and finished goods in line with plans and company targets
- Support Return-to-Stock back-office activities
- Monitor and improve stock accuracy through cycle counting and root cause analysis
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse operations
- Ensure warehouse procedures are clearly defined, implemented, and followed by 3PL partners
Your Background
- High School Diploma; a Degree in Economics or Engineering is a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar field is preferred
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Proactive, flexible, and collaborative, with a curious attitude and strong team spirit
