Be the point of contact for factory and supply chain organization.
Translates manufacturing, market dynamics, and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to bills of materials risk assessment/mitigation, inventory health/optimization, streamlined/reliable supply chain and the total cost to business.
Coordinates and monitors the acquisition of materials in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs/projects and ramp readiness for seamless transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Works closely with suppliers to execute contractual requirements and discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies.
Works closely in collaboration with cross functional staff across project/program management, engineering, supply chain, including commodity professionals/purchasing and manufacturing teams, to define customer demand and early raw materials requirements, influence supplier and component selections, and drive planning and procurement activities at both product and cross product platform levels.
Ensures that bills of materials integrity, materials availability, cost, and quality goals are set and successfully achieved.
Provides assessments/status to stakeholders at multiple levels, establishes contingency and gap closure plans, and closely monitors program indicators.
Analyzes data to develop and design solutions for complex processes.
Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization.
Works with cross organizational teams to drive forward looking supply chain solutions.
Manages suppliers to achieve on time delivery and cycle time performance, resolution of material escalations, Bills of Materials (BOM) cost benchmarking/optimization, Engineering Change Order (ECO) change closure, new site startup, and liability settlements.
Ensures tight linkages to each business unit's production requirements to enable output maximization while balancing cost and inventory control.

Collaborate a team of supply chain professionals and/or people managers for effective and efficient procurement operations.
Plans and implements activities related to the timely, costeffective procurement and the balancing of supply and demand, and is accountable to meet stakeholder demand.
Partners with key stakeholders to understand all business requirements and derive the procurement operations strategy.
Drives the development of new standards, procedures, and best practices for the procurement function.
Partners with segment leads to introduce breakthrough/innovative solutions, automate procurement processes, and transform procurement operations.
Ensures attainment of department goals, supports senior management to establish goals, key performance indicators and development initiatives for the department.
Owns the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement operations within assigned area of responsibility or territory.
Works with other procurement leads and teams on local or regional projects and initiatives.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Education qualification of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in:
Business Administration
Industrial Engineering
Manufacturing, Planning and Supply Chain
Minimum Qualifications:
Supply chain commercial and procurement experience greater than 8+ years.
Experience with startup greenfield exposure
