Sr Developer — Python Scrqipting, Azure services Claude Automation

ABOUT THE ROLE
 
Concentrix is automating its WFM report production process using Python script, Claude Ai Automation and Azure infrastructure. We need an Sr Developer to design and build the reusable automation framework, establish development standards, and own the deployment pipeline from DEV through UAT to production. This is a hands-on role — you will build the core framework yourself and guide the team on implementation.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Design and build the reusable subflow library: login/session management, navigation, data extraction, Excel template population, error handling, retry/resilience, and cleanup
• Establish configuration-driven architecture with no hardcoded values — all parameters stored in config tables and Azure Key Vault
• Design work queue structure (Dataverse): queue definitions, JSON payload schema, priority rules, auto-retry policies
• Define machine group architecture, VM sizing, and licensing allocation
• Set coding standards: naming conventions, selector best practices, error handling patterns
• Review all flows before deployment for quality, resilience, and production readiness
• Own the DEV → UAT → PROD pipeline using Power Platform Solutions and environment variables
• Set up Azure Application Insights for telemetry, alerts, and monitoring dashboards
• Support InfoSec reviews and maintain audit trails (Solution versioning, .pad exports to Git)
 
REQUIRED SKILLS
 
Python Scripting, Azure Services and Claude Automation
• Excel automation: read/write ranges, pivot refresh via macro/VBScript, multi-workbook operations
• Work queues, machine groups, unattended execution, connection references
• Error handling: On Error, On Block Error, Throw Custom Error, exception classification
 
Cloud Flows & Azure
• Cloud-to-desktop integration: triggers, input/output mapping, machine group targeting
• Connectors: Outlook 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse
• Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Power Platform Solutions and ALM
 
Python & Scripting
• Python scripting for automation, data manipulation, file processing, and API integration
• Python libraries: pandas, openpyxl, requests, json — for data transformation and Excel operations
• VBScript for Excel COM automation (pivot refresh, formatting, macro execution)
• PowerShell for system tasks and file operations
 
Qualifications
• 5+ years in RPA/automation, at least 2 on Azure Services
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data manipulation
• Experience building reusable frameworks and leading developers on production engagements
• Unattended bot deployment at scale (10+ machines)
• Enterprise security practices: credential vaults, service accounts, least-privilege access
 
Advantage
      • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate development, generate automation scripts, and improve code quality
