š Lead Engaging Educational Activities ā Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
š Be a Key Person in a Childās Journey ā Take an active role in overseeing childrenās development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections to support their learning both at nursery and at home.
What Youāll Bring to the Hive As A Nursery Practitioner
š Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
š¹ Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership
š¶ Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education
š£ Strong communication skillsāable to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
š Excellent organisational abilitiesākeeping learning environments structured yet exciting
š§ Deep understanding of child developmentāapplying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive
āļø Applicants must be subject to States of Guernsey registration
