As a Computer Operator you will monitor system activity, recognize performance problems, and take appropriate action. You will observe peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor of terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. Assisting with Customer Service Center duties such as: Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone calls, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality.
