Job Description

Position Summary

Samsung Ads is an advanced advertising platform that leverages Samsung’s massive first-party TV data to help brands connect with audiences across all screens. With over 200 million Samsung Smart TVs worldwide, we provide advertisers with unparalleled reach and insights into TV viewership. We are at the forefront of the connected TV revolution, delivering advertising solutions that are intelligent, innovative, and effective.

At Samsung Ads, we're redefining the future of digital advertising by connecting brands with audiences in innovative ways. As a global leader in technology and innovation, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in North America and beyond, shaping the future of our ads product marketing strategy for Samsung.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving world-class sales training programs for Samsung Ads' North America sales teams. This is a hands-on builder role, not a people manager. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in structured sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or equivalent), a formal or applied instructional design background, and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI production tools to accelerate content creation and program delivery. Experience in the advertising technology or broader tech industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs
  • Develop curriculum and learning experiences grounded in proven adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent)
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN, including coaching sellers through real deal application
  • Build and maintain a scalable onboarding program for new sellers that compresses time-to-productivity
  • Produce training content using AI production tools (e.g., generative AI for scripting, video, SCORM authoring, knowledge base generation)
  • Own sales methodology adoption and reinforcement
  • Partner with sales leadership to embed methodology into deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and coaching rhythms
  • Develop reinforcement assets (playbooks, job aids, call frameworks, objection handling guides) that live in sellers' daily workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure enablement content is accurate, current, and strategically aligned
  • Work with external L&D vendors and platform providers to extend program reach and capability
  • Plan, schedule, and track enablement initiatives with clear milestones, budgets, and success metrics

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a directly adjacent L&D role
  • Demonstrated expertise facilitating training on a structured sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar). Not just familiarity, but active delivery experience
  • Formal or applied instructional design background; experience building from curriculum to assessment
  • Proficiency with AI production tools for content creation (e.g., generative AI scripting, AI video platforms, LLM-assisted authoring)
  • Experience in advertising technology, media, or a high-velocity B2B tech environment
  • Excellence in slide communications and executive-ready reporting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Slack, Cornerstone LMS and E-Learning authoring tools

Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a skilled facilitator who can hold a room of senior sellers and challenge their thinking
  • Thinks like a learning designer; structures content around behavior change, not just information transfer
  • Has a builder's mentality: creates assets from scratch rather than waiting for perfect inputs
  • Uses AI tools as a genuine productivity multiplier, not as a novelty
  • Brings fluency in digital advertising, programmatic, or CTV (or has the intellectual curiosity to get there quickly)
  • Operates with IC ownership: drives outcomes end-to-end without needing a team to execute

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $140,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
