Partnering closely with Chief Financial Officers and senior stakeholders across countries and functions, you will help navigate evolving regulatory standards, strengthen governance, and support impactful sustainability initiatives that drive trusted decision making across the organization.
Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Own end‑to‑end Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting, ensuring alignment with internal and external standard setters.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and auditable non‑financial Environmental, Social, and Governance metrics for countries in scope.
- Monitor emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance standards and regulations, ensuring timely assessment and implementation.
- Continuously enhance and standardize reporting processes, partnering with system and business teams for optimal integration.
- Ensure processes and controls align with the Environmental, Social, and Governance controls framework and audit requirements.
- Manage Environmental, Social, and Governance audit findings, driving timely completion of remediation action plans.
- Lead and coordinate Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting activities, fostering an inclusive, proactive, and results‑driven culture.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Chief Financial Officers and senior stakeholders across finance, public affairs, tax, and operations.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
- Professional experience in finance, sustainability, human resources, or environmental health and safety, including reporting and analytics exposure, 5 years preferred.
Desirable Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to support global collaboration and reporting activities.
- Solid understanding of audit assurance, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform in dynamic, high‑pressure environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a multicultural, international setting, demonstrating learning agility and adaptability to change.
- Environmental Social Governance experience preferred.
