Job Summary:   Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital’s mission, vision and values.  In addition, the monitor technician is in constant observation of cardiac monitor patterns and cardiac rates on the central cardiac monitoring system in order to inform the appropriate personnel of any changes.
