Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

The Role:  

• 在KSP新建PFA射出成型產線，負責開發、建立與維護製程、機台與相關製程/設備數據。 

• Develop and maintain processes, machine, and data for new PFA molding production line in KSP 

• 與其他廠區對齊射出成型/擠出之製程與機台數據，建立KSP新PFA成型產線的製程流程與管制標準。 

• Align the process and machine data of injection molding/ extrusion with other plants to establish the process flow and control standard for new PFA molding production line in KSP 

• 建立SOP或作業指導書（WI），並負責訓練產線團隊依SOP/WI進行操作。 

• Create SOP or work instruction and be responsible for the training of production team to handle the operation by following the SOP or WI

In this role you will: 

• 為KSP新PFA成型產線開發並維護製程、機台與相關數據。 

• Develop and maintain processes, machine and data for new PFA molding production line in KSP  

• 辨識並改善/開發PFA成型產品之製程能力與製程方案。 

• Identify and enhance/develop processes for PFA molding products 

• 制定並維護標準作業程序（SOP）、作業指導書（WI）、製程路由（routings）與安全審查。 

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, routings, and safety reviews 

• 管理關鍵營運績效指標（KPI）、良率、績效分析，以及FMEA與SPC管制。 

• Manage key operating performance criteria, yield, performance analysis, FMEA and SPC controls 

• 於預算內提出設備與技術之資本支出（CAPEX）效益/投資合理性評估，以改善製程或支援業務成長。 

• Develop capital justifications within budget for equipment and technology that either improves or aids in the growth of the business 

• 運用六標準差工具推動根因分析與矯正/預防措施（CAPA）計畫，並與品質、產品工程、製造及業務/行銷跨部門協作。 

• Drive root cause analyses and corrective action plans through the six sigma tools, collaborating with quality, product engineering, manufacturing and sales/marketing 

• 主導新產品由研發導入量產之技術移轉，確保製造端依行銷需求完成量產就緒（launch ready）。 

• Lead the technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturing is launch ready in accordance with Marketing requirements 

• 依V&Q（Validation & Qualification，驗證與資格認證）及PCN（Product Change Notification，產品變更通知）流程妥善導入變更。 

• Implement changes properly through V&Q and PCN process 

• 辨識並推動縮短週期時間與提升良率之改善活動。 

• Identify and implement cycle time and yield enhancing activities 

• 建立並維護製程文件：作業程序、測試規範、測試方法、零組件圖面等。 

• Develop and maintain process documentation- operating procedures, test specs, test methods, component drawings 

• 可配合約10%之海外出差。 

• Ability to travel globally 10%. 
   

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• 機械工程、化學工程或相關科系大學（含）以上畢業。 

• College graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related departments 

• 具3年以上射出成型或吹塑成型產業經驗者尤佳。 

• Working experience in the injection molding or blow molding industry for more than 3 years is a plus 

• 具精實（Lean）/六標準差綠帶（Green Belt）證照者優先。 

• Own a Lean/Green Belt certification is preferred 

• 具ISO系統環境工作經驗。 

• Experience with working in an ISO environment 

• 具備基本電腦操作能力與網路資料搜尋能力。 

• Must have basic computer skills and internet search skills 

• 具良好英文溝通能力（口說/書寫）。 

• Proficient in English communication
