You will use a modern sales tech stack, work closely with your manager and collaborate with colleagues across the business to turn customer problems into clear, valuable solutions.The roleAs a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle across your assigned territory. You will identify high-value prospects, create new opportunities through outbound activity, run regular demos and move deals through each stage of the sales process.You will be expected to prospect consistently through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach. You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline, keep prospects engaged through thoughtful follow-up and use data to understand what is working.This role suits someone who is commercially driven, disciplined and motivated by results. By opening the right conversations, running strong demos and progressing opportunities with discipline, you will help Hubexo grow while helping customers solve real problems in the construction market.This role is important because new business growth depends on consistent prospecting, high-quality discovery, credible demos and strong deal execution.What you’ll be doingYou will prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets.You will use our sales tech stack to support daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.You will generate new sales opportunities through consistent outbound activity.You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline of warm leads and keep prospects engaged through regular follow-up.You will run regular product demos, with an expectation of 10 or more demos per week.You will qualify opportunities, understand customer needs and move deals through each stage of the sales process.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, relevant solutions for customers.You will measure your results and work with your manager to improve activity, conversion and sales outcomes.You will learn and apply best practices to strengthen your prospecting, discovery, demo and closing approach.You will close deals consistently and work to achieve and exceed quota.You will attend industry events and company meetings when required.About youYou have 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE sales model would be helpful.You communicate clearly and confidently by phone, video and email.You are comfortable running demos, presenting value and handling questions from prospects.You are disciplined, motivated and able to manage a busy pipeline.You are tenacious in prospecting and consistent in follow-up.You have strong negotiation skills and can keep opportunities moving with pace and control.You are curious, commercially aware and able to solve problems with customers.You bring empathy, a positive attitude and the ability to build trust quickly.You want to grow within a sales organization and are motivated by a clear path into more senior sales roles through sustained success.Why HubexoAt Hubexo, commercial roles are closely connected to customer growth. Employees who have other qualifying health coverage and choose to waive the Company’s medical plan may be eligible for a conditional medical opt-out credit of $150 per month. Employees must sign a waiver to enroll in the conditional opt-out credit.You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement program after the first of the month starting from your date of hire.
