This is a Seasonal position from late May to early October working at a beautiful remote lodge 7 days a week. This position is also eligible for location differential
GCI's Cook, under the direction of the Chef, will support exceptional food service operations at GCI’s Agulowak Retreat by preparing, cooking, and plating meals in accordance with established recipes, portion controls, and food safety and sanitation standards. This role contributes to a high-quality dining experience for guests and staff while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen through daily cleaning, inventory support, and assigned deep-cleaning tasks.
