Job Summary:
Under the supervision of our Nursing Manager and staff RNs, the Certified Nursing Assistant is to help provide patient care second to none! The CNA's responsibility of this position focuses on supporting the patient to ensure they are our first priority. The Certified Nursing Assistant supports our medical staff and receives direction from the nurse in how to best care for our patients. Top candidates for this position display a positive attitude, are approachable, and embrace a team player mentality, while demonstrating a past record of exhibiting great customer service and patient care skills. Both Full Time and Contingent status considerations will be made for this role.

- Assists patients with activities of daily living
- Provides basic care to patients while maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Monitors and records vital signs as part of daily care
- Answers and coordinates patient questions
- Supports staff through clerical and receptionist duties as needed
- Builds a relaxing and comfortable environment for patient

- Demonstrates eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- Previous experience is preferred
- Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others; works well within a team environment
- Demonstrates excellent skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement
- Able to work compassionately with patients and coworkers to exhibit patient care second to none
- Exudes respect, drive and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner
- Great attention to detail and is able to perform to a high level of accuracy
