What You’ll Do

• Serve as a licensed Pharmacist and leader within the pharmacy
• Conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and other MTM services
• Operate, train, and grow HTP’s medication synchronization program
• Provide immunizations
• Partner with the Operations Manager to co-manage the pharmacy team
• Review monthly patient transfer reports
• Complete meaningful annual performance reviews for pharmacy teammates
• Oversee pharmacy technician training and development
• Manage inventory, including vendor returns, interstore transfers, and outdates
• Respond to after-hours calls as needed
• Participate in store events and key activities
• Maintain the overall upkeep and organization of the pharmacy
• Support general housekeeping tasks
• Foster a friendly, caring, safe, and positive environment for customers and teammates

What You Bring
