The Senior Marketing Specialist works in coordination with the Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing campaigns and operational initiatives that elevate the Pratt Miller brand across corporate, motorsports, defense, and mobility business units.
This position is responsible for the development and execution of business-building activities and marketing tools, including brand advertising, multimedia campaigns, and strategic communications. The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to create compelling content, support business objectives, and enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across corporate, motorsports, defense, and mobility business units.
Develop and execute multi-media campaigns, including print, digital, social media, media relations, and brand advertising initiatives to achieve established goals and performance metrics.
Lead company website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel optimization strategies.
Research, analyze, and present market and competitive intelligence data to support marketing strategies and stakeholder decision-making.
Prepare reports to track media activity, KPIs, and other performance metrics that measure campaign effectiveness and progress.
Content Development and Communications.
Write, edit, and coordinate internal and external communication materials including press releases, employee communications, presentations, case studies, social media content, and speaking notes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, consultants, and functional groups to ensure consistent brand messaging and support overall business and department objectives.
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, facility visits, customer events, and program milestone activities to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Project Leadership and Collaboration
Lead multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.
Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Four (4) to Six (6) years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Exposure to international media markets and multicultural engagement.
Hands-on experience in visual content creation including photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design with a strong understanding of brand consistency and storytelling.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in business writing, journalism, copy editing, and original content development.
Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, website content management, and social media strategy execution.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
Standard business hours.
Weekend work and additional hours may be required based on project demands, events, or deadlines.
Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with occasional exposure to shop, event, and customer-facing environments.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Pay Range:
$73,200.00 - $117,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
