Licensed Vocational Nurse

Join Neighborhood Healthcare as an LVN and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, efficient patient care. In this dynamic position, you’ll partner closely with Registered Nurses to support patient needs, assist with triage, and provide direct care. You’ll also help ensure accurate immunization documentation and collaborate with the RN Immunization Coordinator to keep patients on track with their care.
