We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Brand Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and creative departments to identify market opportunities, optimize brand positioning, and measure performance against business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize results.

• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for growth campaigns.

• Prepare regular reports on brand performance and market insights.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or business development.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
