Work closely with senior social leads, planning teams and strategists, giving you great visibility across the wider media mix. Own meaningful work across strategy, activation, optimisation, testing, reporting and client conversations. Develop your craft across major platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, with additional exposure across the wider paid social landscape. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing As a Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day delivery and performance of paid social campaigns for Sky. You’ll be hands-on in platform, close to the data, and confident turning numbers into clear recommendations that move the work forward. You’ll be responsible for shaping paid social activity from audience strategy and creative best practice through to bidding, testing, optimisation and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in making sure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Day to day, that means you’ll be: Managing paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring activity is set up, optimised and delivered smoothly. Turning performance data into clear, actionable insight — not just reporting what happened, but explaining what to do next. Helping shape testing roadmaps, platform innovation plans and channel growth opportunities. Working with clients and internal teams to make sure KPIs, measurement frameworks and recommendations are commercially meaningful. Keeping a close eye on budgets, pacing, quality assurance and financial accuracy. Supporting junior team members by delegating effectively, giving feedback and helping them build confidence. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders by being reliable, proactive and clear in your communication. Bringing ideas, energy and a problem-solving mindset to a fast-moving account. Qualifications What we’re looking for You’ll probably be an experienced Paid Social Account Manager, Senior Executive ready to step up, or someone in a similar role who’s looking for more scale, ownership and client exposure. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: Experience across paid social strategy, activation and campaign management. Hands-on platform knowledge, particularly across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Experience managing campaigns across both brand and performance objectives. A good understanding of data, measurement and reporting. Confidence working directly with clients and presenting performance insights. Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to budgets, QA and delivery. A proactive approach to testing, learning and trying new platform features. The ability to support, coach or manage junior team members. A collaborative, positive working style — someone who can push for great work while bringing others with them.
