What you´ll do
Join us as a People Experience professional and help shape a workplace where people and performance go hand in hand. We are looking for someone who truly understands the heartbeat of manufacturing or production environments – someone who knows how to navigate fast-paced, shift-based operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You bring not only experience, but also insight: from workforce planning and labor legislation to payroll processes and working time regulations. You understand the realities of production floors, the importance of compliance, and the value of creating a positive and seamless employee experience for every shift, every team, every day.

- Manage daily PX operations for production employees and shift workers
- Ensure compliance with labor law, working time regulations, overtime rules, and attendance policies
- Support leaders with workforce planning and scheduling
- Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts, documentation, and employee records
- Cooperate closely with external payroll to ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, overtime, absences, and shift allowances
- Monitor attendance, vacation balances, sick leave, and timekeeping systems
- Advise managers and employees on PX policies, Labor Code matters, and employee relations
- Actively participating in improvements to the attendance sytem and closely cooperating with the technical team
- Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of PX processes
What you'll bring
- Previous 5-7 years of HR experience in a production, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, working time regulations, and payroll-related processes
- Experience with shift schedules, overtime management, and attendance systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS /Payroll systems is an advantage
- Fluent English and Slovak language
Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.200 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
