Primary Purpose: The Child Nutrition Production Assistant provides comprehensive operational support to the Director of Child Nutrition and the Child Nutrition team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operational functions and compliance with all regulations and procedures as required by the Texas Department of Agriculture and local health authorities.
