About the location:

A unique property, the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is tucked away in the secluded Petite Anse bay on the southwest coast of Mahé, the Seychelles’ largest island.  The pristine Petite Anse beach and largely untouched natural landscapes, provide all who visit a sense of escape, adventure and discovery.  From here you can easily get to know local Seychellois culture at nearby Victoria Market, Takamaka Rum Distillery or Jardin du Roi Spice Garden, or venture by boat for guided day trips to other remote islands such as Praslin or La Digue.

Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies.

2. Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times.

3. Report to work on time, aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time as stated in Employee Handbook.

4. Clean hotel premises including guest rooms when required following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.

5. Ensure timely delivery of guest request items following the established the Four Seasons Core Standards and procedures.

6. Remove all garbage and recyclable items from Maid Stations and place in the appropriate assigned Bin centre area. Ensure no garbage left in Maid stations at end of shift.

7. Remove all soiled linen in the Maid Stations to the Laundry for washing regularly and ensure timely replenishment of clean linen in Maid Stations.

8. Deliver supplies and amenities to Maid Stations to ensure adequate stock level on regular basis.

9. Ensure the Housekeeping Storage areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.

10. Assist to reduce wastage of supplies and amenities by proper handling, usage and storage.

11. Able to drive the Housekeeping Buggy according to procedures and always in compliance with safety regulations.

12. Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.

13. Report any items found unattended in public areas/ guest contact areas to Housekeeping and Security.

14. Report any items found in check-out rooms to Housekeeping and Secuirty.

15. Report any exposed valuables found in occupied rooms to Housekeeping and Security.

16. Well informed of basic hotel information in order to assist any guest when enquired.

17. Able to operate the cleaning machinery in a most efficient manner for quality finish as per Four Seasons standards.

18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

19. Inform the Supervisor of any unusual events and communicate any special instructions during handover.

20. Maintain good communication with other departments.
