Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve efficiency and user experience. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and configuration.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
