About this Position This position aims to leverage technical expertise in salon services by ensuring high standards of technical service delivery, training salon teams, optimizing client satisfaction and drive operational excellence, service quality, and support business growth across multiple salon locations. What you´ll do Prepares and delivers seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support Tests new products Manages complaints and technical hotline to customers Supports local PPS, marketing and sales Refers sales leads, customer feedback and competitor information to appropriate contacts within the organization Provides internal product training to Sales / PPS team Contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that generates future sales and repeated business Promotes a strong commercial approach to educational activities
