We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced leader to join us as a Homeless Prevention Outreach Manager. In this role, you will lead proactive, person‑centred outreach activity, ensuring people at the highest risk of homelessness are identified early, engaged effectively, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

You will provide leadership and support to our Casework teams to deliver outstanding results, strengthen partnership working, and drive innovative, visible, and compassionate approaches to homelessness prevention.
