Job Overview
The Director of Strategic Initiative Implementation is responsible for the end-to-end execution of critical projects and initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on building project structures, maintaining rigorous tracking of project plans, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. A successful candidate will be a highly collaborative leader capable of working across cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders, and provide regular updates to leadership regarding project statuses, barriers, and achievements.
This is a remote role only open to candidates based in IL, MI, OH, IN, IA, WV, PA, GA, TX, and NC.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Strategic Execution & Project Management
• Lead the project management and analytical assessment of strategic initiatives focused on driving revenue growth and cost reduction across clinics and call centers.
• Establish robust project structures and maintain detailed tracking of project plans to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Solution any roadblocks or issues that arise during implementation, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with organizational goals.
• Regularly report project statuses, barriers, and successes back to leadership.
Systems Optimization & Internal Tools
• Drive the optimization of project tracking systems and internal tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead implementation and management of internal tools to streamline operations.
Process Improvement & Clinical Outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and training enhancements that directly impact clinic operations and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately measure the success of strategic programs.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a primary liaison among cross-functional stakeholders to promote clear and consistent communication.
• Ensure alignment across departments to support the seamless rollout of clinical and operational initiatives.
WHAT YOU KNOW
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience or knowledge:
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in operations or strategy roles.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in the implementation, optimization, and management of internal tools to drive business outcomes.
• Training & Development: Experience in developing and scaling training and development programs to support initiative rollouts.
• Analytical Skills: Deep experience in designing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
• Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage the structure and tracking of complex project plans.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and report effectively to leadership.
