Job Description
Helping others improve and turn their lives around – there’s no better feeling. It’s what we do for thousands of people at more than 150 sites across the UK. Be a part of it.
We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care at Cygnet Lodge Woking.

Cygnet Lodge Woking’s rehabilitation services are split over 2 wards, Marlowe Ward and Milligan House. Individuals often come to us following multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or they may be stepping down from secure settings. Our aim is to understand, stabilise and break the traumatic cycles of relapse that can impact an individual’s life.
Marlowe Ward is a 12 bed High Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) service that delivers high-quality care within a community atmosphere, while focusing on discharge planning from the moment service users arrive.
Milligan House is an eight bed service that is an annexe to the main building, containing six pre-discharge beds with an additional two self-contained flatlets. The service includes High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that men receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace.
