Job Description
What will you do:
What will you need:
- Lead IoT software product iterations. This includes: requirements management, PRD & solutions, implementation planning, and performance validation.
- Responsible for the product life cycle. This includes: version management, documentation, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Manage SW multiple sub-product lines, including but not limited to BSS APK, BSS FW, and Battery FW. Ensure the related metrics are achieved.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. This includes setting acceptance criteria for supplier deliveries and setting achievement targets for internal validation.
- Explore new tools and methods to improve product performance or operational efficiency. Propose new product types or application paradigms.
What will you need:
- Min. Bachelor's degree any related field
- Have 5+ years of experience working for notable companies in the IoT, smart hardware, internet, cloud, and smart city industries.
- Have 3+ years of experience as a product manager/product expert.
- Past experience in swapping networks or the shared e-bike industry is preferred.
- Familiar with IoT end-to-end architecture: Be familiar with the collaborative working principles of the device layer, connectivity layer, cloud platform, and application layer.
- Product design and full life cycle management: Proficient in producing PRD, user stories, and prototypes; master MVP definition and prioritization; manage the entire process from idea, development, launch, iteration to delisting, and formulate clear roadmaps.
- Data-driven decision-making and indicator system construction: Able to define product North Star Metrics and Key Behavioral Metrics, and proficient in using data statistics to verify hypotheses and drive iteration.
- Collaborative Communication and Influence: Drive efficient collaboration among multiple roles even without direct management authority; proficient in requirements review, change management, and expectation management; able to report upwards and communicate the product vision to the team.
- Language: At least CET-4 level. Able to speak and listen to English relatively fluently.
