Q.C. STAFF Posting Start Date: 29/06/2026 Job Description: Job Purpose -Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm -Kiểm soát an toàn thực phẩm -Ngăn ngừa lỗi và sự cố chất lượng -Đảm bảo tuân thủ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (GMP, HACCP, ISO,…)và các quy định của cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước Job Description (Accountability) -Đảm bảo quy trình sản xuất tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ. -Giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm xuyên suốt các công đoạn sản xuất. -Theo dõi việc thực hiện vệ sinh, an toàn thực phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn ISO. -Lập báo cáo QC đầy đủ, chính xác và đúng thời hạn. -Báo cáo sự cố chất lượng và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời. Competencies Education Description -Cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Công nghệ sinh học, Thú y, Chăn nuôi Thú y Education (Max. 2 Major) Diploma Bachelor Degrees Experience -Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm Knowledge -Có kiến thức về an toàn thực phẩm hoặc chuyên môn về Thú y -Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất thực phẩm Skills Description -Khả năng làm việc và phối hợp nhóm. -Sử dụng máy tính, tin học văn phòng thành thạo. Sampling Prepation for Production Use Stakeholders Management Strategic Planning-Technical Key Performance Indicator -Đảm bảo quy trình sản xuất không xảy ra sai sót nhờ áp dụng kiểm soát chất lượng nghiêm ngặt và tuân thủ đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn của công ty. -Duy trì tỷ lệ khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm ở mức thấp nhờ triển khai hiệu quả các biện pháp đảm bảo chất lượng chủ động. -Giảm thiểu đáng kể khối lượng sản phẩm bị trả về do lỗi chất lượng, góp phần nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng và uy tín thương hiệu -Duy trì hiệu lực và hiệu quả vận hành của hệ thống truy xuất nguồn gốc, tăng cường tính minh bạch và trách nhiệm trong toàn bộ chuỗi sản xuất. -Đạt kết quả kiểm nghiệm vi sinh vật trên thiết bị và dụng cụ sản xuất ở mức tốt một cách nhất quán, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn thực phẩm và vệ sinh.
