What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul units to transport raw materials safely and efficiently within the quarry
• Perform pre- and post-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Follow established haul routes, traffic patterns, and safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with production and plant teams to support daily operational targets
• Maintain clean work areas and contribute to overall site housekeeping and safety

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate large mobile equipment in an industrial setting
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following standard procedures
• Ability to recognize hazards and adapt to changing site conditions
• Mechanical awareness with the capability to identify equipment concerns
• Reliable attendance and accountability in meeting operational expectations

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
