Experience leveraging job board funding strategies and agency partnerships to enhance job posting performance and reach. Demonstrated success in planning and executing hiring events, both within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn. Skilled in optimizing job descriptions using SEO best practices to improve visibility and attract qualified candidates.
Ability to analyze job posting performance data. Strategic, mindset, responds quickly to job market conditions and implement action plans. Working knowledge of talent acquisition marketing, including promoting hiring events and maximizing job board engagement. Proven ability to support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidates Strong partnership skills, with recruiting team and business partners
Compensation Range - $70K to $78K - depending on experience
