Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

Location: Saint Charles, MO
Department: Recovery Services
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Three 12‑Hour Shifts (Friday–Sunday)
 

Shifts Available:

  • 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Job Summary:

Looking for a full‑time role that offers work‑life balance and meaningful work? Join our Recovery Services team as a Behavioral Health Technician I, where you’ll support individuals on their recovery journey in a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a positive impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct care and supervision to clients to ensure safety and program compliance

  • Actively participate as a member of the treatment team by identifying client strengths, needs, and progress

  • Monitor daily client activities and respond appropriately to crises or behavioral concerns

  • Accurately document client behaviors and relevant treatment information

  • Assist with admissions and orientations, including safety searches, vital signs (if applicable), and specimen collection per protocol

  • Support and educate clients with daily living activities as needed

  • Adhere to all medication policies and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure compliance

  • Provide transportation support for clients when required

Education & Experience (One of the Following):

  • High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of responsible employment

  • Experience in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field is preferred
