
Senior Manager, Corporate Communications
Job Description
The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications will serve as the day-to-day lead for corporate communications, and will be responsible for developing and executing both internal and external communications initiatives to support the company's strategic business objectives and corporate narrative.
This role will focus on planned and proactive initiatives to external audiences, employees, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and aligned messaging across channels. This position will strategize and drive execution using strong storytelling skills to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that reflect Bonadio’s brand and voice.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all public relations activities including contributed content, paid placements, speaking opportunities, media interviews, and more.
Monitor and become subject matter expert on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges, supporting strategic recommendations to leadership.
Manage and execute day-to-day internal communications strategies, messaging and operational processes that optimize engagement and experience of Bonadio employees.
Develop and execute high quality communications materials including leadership communications, newsletters, talking points, intranet content, press releases, byline articles, and other materials, as appropriate (30% internal / 70% external communications).
Support leadership communications in alignment with the brand’s purpose and strategic business objectives, and brand strategy, using narrative and storytelling.
Collaborate cross-functionally within teams and across functions to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
Measure the effectiveness of internal/external communication strategies and campaigns; leverage analytics and Al-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
Support the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams in other areas, as requested.
Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
A minimum of seven years of experience in communications, media relations or related field.
Strong media relations skills and the ability to build positive relationships with journalists to influence coverage.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
Expertise in traditional and emerging media channels.
Proven track record of building successful communications programs.
The salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.
Hours Of Operation:
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
