Manager - Logistics & Warehouse Operations

The Logistics & Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize material flow for all warehouse operations, including receiving, repack, putaway to storage, replenishment to production, and outbound/shipping, with a focus on safety, on-time delivery, and material availability. This role will collaborate with other departments to develop strategies regarding safety, labor management, and inventory control and accuracy. This role will also provide leadership for all team member policies, training, and development to develop a High Performance Work Team environment.
