Reliability Engineer

You will collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability Further, you will review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures Conduct and assist with Reliability Assessments of facilities and equipment Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous reliability improvements Support the setup of new facilities and reliability programs Lead key reliability programs and initiatives to enhance asset performance Also, you will assist in identifying critical spares and creating Bills of Materials for essential assets This position typically requires approximately 20-25% travel domestically. Accessibility during off-hours (laptop and cell phone) is occasionally required.
