Summary

This is a freelance position for a B2B Digital Advertising Specialist. You should have a strong background specializing in targeting highly specific, niche audiences and prioritizing quality over quantity. The ideal candidate will thrive on hunting and delivering highly qualified leads. Must understand the marketing process and be proficient in tracking and reporting. This role is crucial for overseeing campaigns from strategy to execution and optimization, with a primary focus on lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute search advertising efforts on Google Ads and Bing.
  • Manage and execute Performance Max and AI Max advertising efforts on Google
  • Set up conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4
  • Implement and manage paid social media-driven campaigns using online platforms and tools like Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Conduct keyword, trend, competitor, and audience research.
  • Track and report performance regularly for the team.
  • Manage campaign budgets and adjust/optimize as needed, providing key recommendations to the KNB team.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Google Ads certification. Social platform certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years PPC Campaign Management experience.
  • 5+ years experience in media buying and strategy. Integrated communications experience is a plus.
  • Experience and comfort with B2B campaigns, targeted audiences, and real, qualified conversions.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics and proper tracking setup for all conversion types.
  • Extensive experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • High energy, able to effectively operate in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.
  • Experience in SaaS or Healthcare.
