At Midland, driver recruitment is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that hiring the right driver doesn’t just fill a seat—it drives safety, service, and success.

• Building real pipelines in a competitive market
• Connecting with drivers where they are—online and on the ground
• Partnering closely with Operations and Safety teams
• Bringing new ideas to how we attract and engage talent
 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Full-cycle recruitment of Class 1/CDL-A drivers

  • Hiring both company drivers and owner-operators

  • Creative sourcing across digital and in-person channels

  • Screening for experience, compliance, and cultural fit

  • Supporting hiring events and terminal engagement

  • Driving recruitment performance through data and insights

What You Bring: You’re not just experienced, you’re connected to the driver market.

  • 3+ years of driver recruiting experience (Canada/U.S.)

  • Deep understanding of transportation hiring challenges

  • Strong sourcing instincts and relationship focus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Confidence working with operational leaders
