How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Collaborate with Sourcing counterparts to discover and discuss contracting implications, challenges, and potential details before formal negotiations begin to ensure the contract strategy is informed by clinical, operational, and commercial requirements.

• Facilitate feedback collection from clinical and operational end-users to determine acceptable suppliers, then synthesize findings and provide supplier recommendations to the team.

• Develop and disseminate communications to stakeholders related to contract announcements, launches, product changes, safety alerts, and educational opportunities while ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the contracting and implementation process.

• Support ongoing contract lifecycle management by resolving matters related to supplier performance, commercial terms, and payments while tracking, measuring, and reporting on key performance metrics, including cost reduction, standardization, and quality improvements tied to contract outcomes.
