About the Analyst, Customer Marketing role...
We're looking for an Analyst to partner closely with our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, helping drive data-informed decisions that improve customer engagement, activation, and retention.
In this role, you'll manage the data and insights behind lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring effective customer targeting, segmentation, measurement, and optimisation.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Data teams, you'll translate business needs into actionable insights, analyse campaign performance, and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and customer lifetime value across SiteMinder's platform.

What you will do...
As an Analyst, Customer Marketing, you'll work closely with the Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager and partner teams across SiteMinder to drive growth through the customer lifecycle. Here is how you will help:
Customer Lifecycle Analytics: Build a unified view of the customer experience using segmentation and cohort analysis, turning behavioural insights into recommendations that shape future campaigns and tactics.
Campaign Performance & Optimisation: Monitor multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, define success metrics, run post-campaign analysis (PCA), and surface optimisation opportunities to drive engagement, adoption, and LTV.
Data Enablement & Audience Strategy: Collaborate with Data Team to bridge our data warehouse and CRM ecosystem, architecting audience pathways that power precise targeting, segmentation, and full-funnel journey orchestration. You will also lead the design and implementation of automated audience workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Dashboards & Data Ownership: Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Hightouch, and Heap to support decision-making, and document models and projects in Confluence to ensure knowledge sharing.
What you have..
2–4 years in an analytical role (e.g., Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant).
Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering); Master's a plus.
A self-starter with high energy and a bias for action.
A humble team player who thrives on constructive feedback.
Skilled at collaborating with leaders and translating complex analysis into compelling, data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented and critical thinker — loves data deep dives, first principles thinking, and managing multiple projects to deliver strong results.
Takes end-to-end accountability for analytical projects, from problem framing and data exploration through to delivery and impact measurement.
Bonus: Familiarity with software, hospitality, or e-commerce industries; understanding of the customer lifecycle marketing funnel; experience working with complex audience segmentations.
Technical Skills
SQL: Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for extracting, manipulating, and interpreting data (Snowflake or Databricks experience preferred, but any will do).
Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, with willingness to continuously improve.
Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills in data analysis and model building using functions (lookups, pivots, formatting, manipulation, transformation, visualization).
Bonus:
Experience with ETL or Reverse ETL tools like Fivetran, Hightouch, Census (for connecting data warehouses to CRM tools).
Experience with advanced analytical tools like R or Python.
Familiarity with modern data stack tools and workflows.
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Intercom, and social channels.
Experience with AI tools: Familiarity with or willingness to learn competency with AI tools for data analysis and workflow optimization.
