Purpose of the role
To take responsibility for end-to-end local Platform management including – strategy design & execution, scalable and stable platform for client & colleagues, regulatory risk mitigation & management, platform development.
Accountabilities
- Business ownership of system, processes & procedures on the platform and end to end client journey management, oversight, business continuity & service recovery.
- Management, understanding and interpretation of local & group regulatory requirements & standards.
- Driving Platform strategy and change agenda, seeking innovative solutions to differentiate, streamline and de-risk the platform to directly contribute to client experience, Banker efficiency and managing / reducing regulatory risk.
- Using KPIs and data to monitor and measure of the platform effectiveness and change improvements.
- Managing, reporting and representing the platform performance at relevant governance fora.
- External (where required) and internal stakeholder management including regulators, senior leaders, client facing colleagues and infrastructure partners.
- Provision of guidance, coaching and support to improve colleagues' delivery quality.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Delivery Analyst to join our COO team, on this 9-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
Working at the heart of the business, the successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic priorities, operational excellence, and change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the COO function while helping deliver meaningful business outcomes through data analysis, governance, and project support.
A key focus of the role will be supporting initiatives aimed at improving processes, controls, and operational effectiveness. The individual will analyse and communicate insights, monitor progress against key objectives, and contribute to testing and implementation activities.
To be successful as a COO Business Analyst, you should have:
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capability and the ability to extract, analyse, and present data effectively.
- High levels of attention to detail and operational rigour, ensuring accuracy across data, controls, and day to day activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and drive actions to completion.
- Experience supporting project delivery, particularly within governance, procedural review, or operational improvement initiatives.
Some other highly valued skills and experience include:
- Experience in process management, including documenting, structuring, and maintaining operational procedures.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools, including managing document repositories, workflows, and review cycles.
- A process improvement mindset, with exposure to continuous improvement, operational risk, or controls environments.
- A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
