Property Manager- Hampton Roads
The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing support to the Facilities Operations leadership in all areas of management for assigned properties to include tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, preparation of contracts, collection of certificates of insurance, and accounts payables. Additionally, the PM supervises, operates and directs facility maintenance to include floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, lighting, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing systems and other systems/equipment as installed. Directs the accomplishment of various contracted services; interfaces with facility tenants and responds to concerns or requests as required. The PM must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities at one time.
Education
- Associate Level Degree
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- 2 years related property management/facilities management experience required
- Prior supervisor preferred
- Healthcare Facilities previous experience preferred but not required
