The Logistics Analytics Associate Manager leads a team responsible for delivering insights, reporting, and KPI governance to support Logistics and Value Add operations (warehouse, order management, manufacturing support).
This role requires a hands-on people leader who can prioritize work, manage performance, and drive results through analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong operational understanding with analytics capability and can translate business needs into clear direction and actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and develop an analytics team (work allocation, coaching, performance management).
Partner with operations leaders to support data-driven decision-making.
Define and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Prioritize and manage analytics/reporting requests across stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and visibility.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across metrics.
Support analytics platforms tied to WMS, DMS, and ERP systems.
Identify and implement process improvements (Lean/CPI).
What We Are Looking For:
6+ years in logistics, supply chain analytics, operations, or related field.
Direct people-management experience required (team performance, coaching, development).
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and operate in ambiguity.
Strong track record of delivering measurable business results
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle DMS, WMS, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Experience with Power BI / data modeling / reporting governance.
Background in Lean, CPI, or Six Sigma.

Work Arrangement:
