Our people make all the difference in our success. We are looking for engineer to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.

Position Overview

Lead application security testing for web and API platforms, leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, and modern AppSec practices. Drive adoption of an AI-first security mindset, improve testing efficiency, and embed security across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

Leadership & AI Strategy

o Lead AppSec testing with AI-augmented approaches.

o Define standards for AI-driven security testing and automation.

o Mentor teams on AI tools, prompt usage, and secure AI practices.

o Align testing strategy with AI risks and enterprise security goals.

· Security Testing

o Perform manual and AI-assisted testing for web apps, APIs, and microservices.

o Use AI for fuzzing, code/API analysis, and vulnerability detection.

o Conduct threat modeling, including AI/LLM risks (prompt injection, data leakage).

o Validate AI findings and prioritize risks.

· AI Implementation

o Evaluate and implement AI-powered AppSec tools (SAST/DAST/SCA).

o Build or adopt AI-driven automation for triage, risk scoring, and test generation.

o Secure AI-enabled systems, APIs, and ML pipelines.

· Stakeholder Engagement

o Communicate risks, including AI-specific vulnerabilities.

o Partner with development teams to ensure secure coding and AI integration.

· Enablement

o Promote AI-aware security culture and shift-left practices.

o Train teams on OWASP Top 10 + AI/LLM risks.
 

Qualifications

• Strong in OWASP Top 10, API security, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with tools: Burp Suite, Nmap, Postman, SAST/DAST/SCA.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for security workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML risks and cloud-native architectures.

Required Experience & Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years in AppSec (web/API), with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with large-scale app assessments.
• Experience applying AI to improve testing outcomes.

Certifications (OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, CEH) preferred
