Principal Accountabilities
● Work on large and complex customer quotes including global and Alliance customers which will require interfacing with multiple departments within the customer and Arrow.
● Review and verify all data is complete on the Strategic Quote Coversheet (SQCS). Preparation and data entry of large and complex customer quotes into Arrow's IQ and Sales Desktop system, which could include verification of customer contract pricing. May analyze and make quote processes recommendations to sales field.
● Identify and correct any NEDA assignment discrepancies in the IQ tool. Advanced scrubbing of commercial and MIL Spec part numbers for accuracy and optimum system hits, using Part Search, Component Quest, Darkside, and web-based tools. Recognize cross selling opportunities and inform field sales. Complete and detailed understanding of quote process, may include post-quote analysis.
● Accurately PMView and communicate the quote strategy set by the SMR into the Basic Quote Cover Sheet. Help develop strategy nuances with field sales team for specific accounts to enhance capture rate. Monitor and coordinate due dates and notify field sales teams as needed. Able to review and assist with debit strategy, including PCPRCE.
● Verify and prepare quote for return to customer and report to field sales any discrepancies, errors and omissions.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
