Job Description
We are looking for a freelance ClickUp expert who has strong experience with ClickUp automations, dashboards, and AI/Super Agents functionality.
The goal is to help us properly build and optimize our ClickUp workspace for operational management, reporting, and workflow automation.
What We Need Help With
- Setting up and optimizing ClickUp workflows and workspace structure
- Creating advanced automations and operational processes
- Building dashboards for reporting, KPI tracking, and management visibility
- Configuring and maximizing ClickUp AI / Super Agents features
- Creating task templates, SOP flows, and recurring processes
- Advising on best practices and scalable setup recommendations
- Potential integrations with Google Workspace, and other tools
Ideal Candidate
- Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp
- Experience using ClickUp AI and Super Agents features
- Advanced knowledge of ClickUp automations and dashboards
- Experience building operational or management systems inside ClickUp
- Able to recommend process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
