About the role
Are you a born leader with a passion for high-volume kitchens? As Executive Sous Chef, you support the Executive Chef, guide a large brigade, and ensure every dish meets our highest culinary standards.

What you will do

  • Oversee and manage a kitchen brigade of 100 cooks.
  • Create menus aligned with our all-inclusive concept.
  • Ensure food cost control and proper financial management.
  • Guarantee food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team during service.

Your profile

  • Culinary education and several years of experience in high-volume kitchens.
  • Leadership and management experience with large teams.
  • Strong organizational and financial skills.
  • Resilient and effective under pressure.
  • Knowledge of all-inclusive operations is a plus.
