Job Description
Penske Automotive Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Development Center as a working Team Lead and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the BDC Manager with administrative responsibilities regarding daily operations, team productivity, and departmental performance when directed, while supporting the department by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and answering AI chats that result in Service department appointments.
- Generate performance reports.
- Assist the BDC Manager with BDC Representative requests for time off, schedule changes, or other requests as needed.
- Assist and mentor BDC Representatives when needed.
- Support the Service Management and Advisor teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the reservation system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and operational standards.
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Other duties as assigned.
