Outside Laborer

Overview SUMMARY: Maintain standards of excellence throughout the Casino which includes cleaning of all public areas inside the casino and outside throughout the property. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sweep, vacuum, wash and clean all debris from floor, vacuum Front Entrance/Bellman Area. • Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle. • Signing in and out for keys and equipment on daily basis. • Practice positive customer relations. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested • Duties will include outside trash pickup and Garage trash pickup. • Must be able to work in any weather conditions. • Blow off front entrance and pick up trash in parking areas • Keep all outside guest area free of trash and debris. • Power Wash Front Entrance Area, Riverwalk, and building walls and windows. • Complete all job duties and extra tasks that are assigned to the Maintenance Laborer. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months’ experience preferred Maintenance related work. High school education preferred. Minimum age requirement is 21. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Work performed mostly outdoors. • Hazards: Exposure to cleaning chemicals and electricity. • Equipment: Mops, vacuums, chemicals, pen/pencil, paper and beeper/radio. • Work with others.
