
Customer Service Manager
Job Description
The Guest Service Manager provides excellent service to all guests and crew members while managing all aspects of the Front End department. They maintain a consistent presence on the Front End ensuring that service levels are maintained and that guest satisfaction and morale is high. They are responsible for effectively training all Front End crew members and communicating the importance of the role that each employee holds. They actively provide friendly and efficient check-out while they assist guests with product location and sales. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget and ordering supplies.
