Build, operate, and manage the Product Quality assurance (QA) team, monitoring performance against key product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop comprehensive, user-centric test strategies, methodologies, and plans in collaboration with HW/SW partners and testing teams. Review product/feature KPIs to inform strategy.
Prioritize and drive test execution, ensuring robust coverage focused on critical user scenarios and pain points.
Oversee the management and analysis of test results across cross-functional teams. Drive the identification and resolution of critical issues before key milestones.
Conduct escaped defect analysis to optimize test plans and prevent regressions in future products. Build and maintain strong carrier partnerships, including providing technical support during user trials.
