Job Description
- Build, operate, and manage the Product Quality assurance (QA) team, monitoring performance against key product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop comprehensive, user-centric test strategies, methodologies, and plans in collaboration with HW/SW partners and testing teams. Review product/feature KPIs to inform strategy.
- Prioritize and drive test execution, ensuring robust coverage focused on critical user scenarios and pain points.
- Oversee the management and analysis of test results across cross-functional teams. Drive the identification and resolution of critical issues before key milestones.
- Conduct escaped defect analysis to optimize test plans and prevent regressions in future products. Build and maintain strong carrier partnerships, including providing technical support during user trials.
