Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
The role
As a Guestroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring they meet Four Seasons standards at all times.
You will take pride in delivering consistently high quality work, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working independently within a supportive team.
What you will do:
Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
Provides turndown service for guests
Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
What you bring:
1 year of experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
Strong organisation skills and an eye for attention to detail
Strong communication skills
The Right to Work in the UK
