Position Overview
JLL Design Services is one of the world’s leading real estate and design consultancies, operating across 80 countries with the resources, relationships, and project pipeline of a Fortune 500 company – and the studio culture of a specialist practice. Our Australian Design Services team is an in-house practice delivering workplace, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use interiors at scale, and we are growing. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer who combines creative excellence with strategic thinking – someone who can lead projects from concept through completion, mentor the team around them, and help build and win new work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to balance aesthetic vision with practical constraints including budget, timeline, and building regulations. You'll work on diverse projects spanning corporate workplaces, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and mixed-use developments, contributing to spaces that enhance user experience and deliver measurable business value.
This is an opportunity to do significant work – at scale, with direct access to JLL’s global client relationships, research capability, and technology platforms – while working in an Australian studio where your contribution will be visible and valued.
